Embark on this journey to iceberg paradise! We are going to capture the largest glacial fjord in the worlds, which is located in west Greenland. We will stay in a typical Inuit settlement where the life of local people consists of fishing and hunting. Giant icebergs of over 100 meters tall are slowly drifting into the ocean at this spot. It is also the right moment to capture whales that are migrating south and pass by the shore at close distant. We will be on the hunt for the most picturesque icebergs with dramatic shapes and natural arches. During at least three nights we will take a small private boat with a local guide to get in-between the icebergs during the sunset. On other nights and clear mornings we will shoot the icebergs from land. Next to icebergs and humpback whales we will photograph the Inuit settlements with huskies and traditional sledges, as well as seals and shipwrecks. Greenland is a true dream destination and it is among the most inspiring locations I have visited so far. I can't wait to bring you there and witness your enthusiasm about this remarkable place.

What is included?

- Daily landscape shootings with tips, guidelines and personal feedback

- At least three sunset private boat trips with proper gear which is weatherproof

- Transportation within Ilulissat, though we do most by foot

- Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mostly home cooked meals and self-prepared sandwiches and occasionally dinner and/or lunch in a local restaurant. There is flexibility to adapt to your personal diet

- When we are in the accommodation you will be guided during the post processing of your photos

- Your flight ticket to Ilulissat, Greenland (direct flights from Keflavik, Iceland or with two stopovers in Kopenhagen and Nuuk in Greenland)

- Winter clothes suitable for hiking (windproof)

- Hiking shoes

- Your full camera gear

- Lenses like zoom-, prime-, wide-angle- and telelens as they are all very suitable

- Filterset for your lens (ND filter, Gradient Filter, etc)

- Tripod

- Your drone if your have it (strongly recommended)

- Your toiletries
